THE BRAND
The Jackob Buczynski brand was created in 2017 out of the need to demonstrate opposition to the overproduction of goods. The brand’s first flagship product is an upcycled denim jacket with fringes #jacketbyjackob. Over the course of several years, after releasing several collections in cooperation with the Wtórpol sorting center, the brand has expanded to include all tailor-made clothing items. All of them are created and produced in line with the idea of upcycling. The Jackob Buczynski brand processes hundreds of kilograms of used clothing. All products are made using clothes, fabrics and recycled materials from the Polish sorting center, Wtórpol.

THE COLLECTION
The collection consists of 13 upcycled women's outfits. Each piece is made entirely from second-hand materials from the Polish sorting facility, Wtorpol. The inspiration for the collection comes from the colors of life, passing and goodbyes. The entire collection is made from patchwork pieces, symbolizing the moments that make up life. Flowers represent the process of maturing, reaching and becoming. Black leather motifs and straps are metaphors for impossibility, departure, stagnation and the fear of life. The women's forms in the collection are basic cuts, finished with expressive designed fabrics, 3D flowers, trouser straps, and hand-knitted braids.
