Behind the brand Rudolf Statsny is a designer whose passion for combining art, people and local creativity forms a unique signature on the Slovak fashion scene. His atelier, Atelier ©t'astný, is much more than just a place of creation - it is a space where stories are born. Stories of clothes that are not just fashion pieces, but also a manifesto of craft, collaboration and sustainability.
His first collaboration transcended traditional boundaries - the aesthetics of romance and the practicality of techwear and workwear came together to form a harmonious whole.
After his studies, he embarked on the path of his own line called Utilitarian Style. His vision is to create garments that are functional, timeless and made with sustainability in mind.
Each garment is a unique blend of functionality and aesthetics. The unisex silhouettes that are the foundation of his collections reflect a philosophy of inclusivity. The combination of deadstock materials - fabrics that would otherwise go unused - with meticulous craftsmanship offers the customer a unique experience: owning a garment with a story.
Rudolf Statsny believes that fashion is a language that connects people, art and values. His collections share a vision of design as a multidisciplinary process where a diversity of perspectives and styles intersect.

The collection celebrates diversity, functionality, aesthetics and uniqueness. It celebrates life's possibilities, opportunities and personal growth. It combines everyday elegance and resilience against the elements and the rigors of the world.
P.S.
My surname STASTNY translated into English means “happy” so “be stastny”
The collection will consist of textile accessories, outerwear and undergarments and bottom garments that will be unisex. The collection is suitable for layering, which is my approach to creating smaller quantities of garments that can be used all year round in different seasons. The collection is inspired by nature's diversity in the same way that our life is diverse.
