Sunday Fashion Yoga by Studio Aeden

Let's welcome the last weekend of summer and the final day of BCEFW with a morning yoga session in one of Central Europe's largest leisure parks, Millenáris. During the programme, we can attune ourselves to the Sunday fashion shows through meditation and breathing exercises. For the yoga exercises, comfortable clothing is recommended, and the organisers will provide yoga mats. In addition, you can check out FANNA's latest sportswear collection on-site.

STUDIO AEDEN

Reformer Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing studio. Plus, a café. And a smoothie bar. But aeden goes beyond that. Defying genre boundaries, it has become a true safe space, offering both physical and mental rejuvenation for its guests. Stepping outside the realm of traditional fitness studios, it serves as a calm yet bustling community space, providing a second home and welcoming family in the hills of Buda. Aeden doesn’t promise miracles, but it provides everything you need to feel amazing. On September 1st, you too can experience the physical and mental rejuvenation offered by aeden. During the Hatha Flow yoga class led by Dóra Szoboszlai, an aeden instructor, you’ll feel the connection between your body and soul. The class begins with a gentle flow, where a creative series of hatha poses helps you arrive in the moment. By synchronizing movements with breath, we practice mindful presence. In the second half of the class, we continue the practice of letting go and introspection with ground-level asanas and plenty of hip openers.
